How long with these clearings last?

All that depends on YOU.  Once you go though the process and the healing prayer it should stick! With the exception being the need for occasional "windshield" maintenance.  Just like you need to clean your windshield after a long trip - you may have to clear off the explanted anomalies to get back to sovereignty. Which is why I've given you a BONUS ADDENDUM recording with step by step instructions. 

Can I clear Anchors for other people?

YES.  However, ideally to have a lasting effect, that person would need to recite the prayer aloud for themselves so they can take control and ownership of their own destiny. In the end, what we're aiming for is, just like with fishing, for each individual to take charge of their own fishing pole.

Will it create bad karma for me or another if I do this without their knowing?

The short answer is NO. At the end of the day, this is super-charged, turbo-charged prayer and just as you wouldn't wonder or worry about praying over someone's bedside when ill, the same good intentions are held here.
